Speaking of dressing, one of my favorite ways to instantly boost a handmade salad is to add a different salad dressing. Sometimes it’s a basic vinaigrette made with olive oil. Other times, it’s a rich and luscious tahini dressing. Regardless, the salad dressing must be flavorful and contain nutritious elements. That’s why I’m sharing my top six vegan salad dressing recipes. This list includes a dressing for those with a large appetite, vegan or not.

    1. Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette: A timeless combination of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and garlic, creating a well-balanced and flavorful dressing for any salad.
    2. Creamy Tahini Dressing: A luscious dressing made with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water, providing a creamy texture and a nutty, savory taste.
    3. Maple Mustard Dressing: A sweet and tangy dressing blending Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, perfect for adding a delightful twist to your salads.
    4. Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing: An Asian-inspired dressing with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic, bringing a burst of umami and zing to your salads.
